| To https://datarecovee.com/how-to-reset-amazon-fire-tablet/ and resolve performance problems, a soft reset can be performed by pressing the Power button for 20 seconds until the device turns off and then turns back on. If issues persist, go to Settings > Device Options > Reset to Factory Defaults. A confirmation will be required to factory reset the device.
